The present invention provides a synthesis and preparation method of lipoamide-bound polymeric derivatives and a product, such as hydrogels and films prepared using the same. The lipoamide-bound polymeric derivatives are obtained by chemically binding lipoamide which has a primary amine functional group with: saccharide compounds having a carboxyl group such as carboxymethyl cellulose, hyaluronic acid, and chondroitin sulfate having a carboxy functional group; functional compounds such as peptides, proteins, growth factors, and medicines having a carboxy functional group; or biocompatible polymers such as polyethyleneoxide, polyvinylalcohol, and polyvinylidone having a carboxy functional group.
