<p>A winch for physical exercises comprises a hollow cylindrical body formed by two caps with central bearings in which is mounted a shaft (7) of a pulley (10) around which a cable (11) or rope is wound, the pulley having a channel with a hexagonal bottom and a peripheral narrower section (12) through which the cable exits the pulley. A hollow, cylindrical flywheel (13) with an opening in the side away from the pulley (10) and containing a helical spring is mounted on the shaft by a ratchet wheel (14). The helical spring (16) is internally fixed to a support (15) of the shaft (7) and externally to a pin (17) of the cap. The flywheel further comprises a brake shoe (18) that is in contact with the inner cylindrical surface of the flywheel, is connected in an articulated manner to the frame and is pulled at the other end by a gear reducer with an electric motor, or by a screw.</p> |
