The device (1) has a horn switch (10) connected with an actuator (4) i.e. pin, where device closes a horn circuit in an activation condition. A coiling element (6) is designed as a volute spring, buffer spring and spiral spring that are arranged to a steering wheel (2), where an end of the coiling element is stationarily coupled with the wheel or a steering column (3). An electrical conductor (9) of the horn circuit is fastened to another end of the coiling element. A contact (11) of the horn switch is arranged at the coiling element, where the actuator is constantly arranged to the contact.
