<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design error information retrieval apparatus for easily retrieving only error information on errors which is likely to occur in a product being designed without inputting a phenomenon that causes the error. <P>SOLUTION: The design error information retrieval apparatus includes: a design object structure information storage part 3 for storing component structure information indicating configuration relation among fundamental components constituting a design object; a component-phenomenon correspondence information storage part 4 for storing component-phenomenon correspondence information in which fundamental phenomena which may occur in fundamental components are associated with the fundamental components; and an error information storage part 5 for storing error information on errors generated in the design object in the past in association with the fundamental components and the fundamental phenomena. The design error information retrieval apparatus specifies a component specified based on a retrieval condition from the component structure information, derives a phenomenon which may occur in the specified component from the component-phenomenon correspondence information, retrieves the error information storage part 5 based on the component specified by the retrieval condition and the phenomenon which may occur in the derived component, and outputs error information satisfying the retrieval condition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
