<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate understanding of the progress situation of a project. <P>SOLUTION: Search conditions for the progress situation of the project are input, and data to be displayed is extracted based on the search conditions and predetermined extraction rules from a project progress management database 105 in which a process number for identifying a process, a process overview evaluating the working situation of the process as to quality, cost and delivery, and a week number where the date of registration of the process overview belongs are associated with a project ID for identifying the project. Next, a graph where the display colors of areas corresponding to quality, cost and delivery are varied in a plurality of steps according to the extracted data to be displayed is created for each process number.
