<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting element capable of suppressing the radiation of light having an unnecessary wavelength. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting element 1 includes: a semiconductor substrate 10 forming an active layer 220 in an upper part. The light-emitting element 1 further includes: a first reflecting layer 260 formed between the semiconductor substrate 10 and the active layer 220 and reflecting light emitted by the active layer 220; and a second reflecting layer 262 formed between the semiconductor substrate 10 and the first reflecting layer 260 and reflecting light having the wavelength different from light reflected by the first reflecting layer 260. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
