<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder composition exhibiting chip resistance and corrosion resistance at high levels without relying on the use of a high level of zinc metals. <P>SOLUTION: This powder composition includes a resin and 5-70 wt.%, based on powder composition weight, of a corrosion-inhibiting pigment, optionally including 0-65 wt.% of zinc based on powder composition weight, and substantially free from pigment effecting a metal effect. The corrosion-inhibiting pigment may be present in amounts of up to 50 wt.% based on powder composition weight, for example, up to 35 wt.%.
