HEAT RECOVERY APPARATUS, AND HEAT RECOVERY METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat recovery apparatus constituted so as to effectively recover the heat of CO2gas to raise the output of the turbine in a thermoelectric power plant, and a heat recovery method.

SOLUTION: CO2in the combustion exhaust gas discharged from the thermoelectric power plant 112 is absorbed by an absorbing solution in an absorption device to be removed, the CO2in the absorbing solution is subsequently regenerated from the absorbing solution in regeneration columns 104-107 and the CO2gases of the outlets of the regeneration columns are supplied to a gas cooling column 100 while the reflux water from the gas cooling column is sent to the low pressure water supply heaters 114 and 116 of the thermoelectric power plant to heat boiler supply water.
