PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing an endless belt having a constant thickness. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for producing the endless belt includes a cylindrical cylinder mold 2, annular blades 25 arranged on the outer periphery of the cylinder mold 2 at constant intervals, a rotation drive means 6 rotating the cylinder mold 2 and the blades 25 integratedly, a liquid supply means 32 supplying a liquid belt material to the blades 25, and a straight line driving means 27 moving the blades 25 along the cylinder mold 2.
