PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing fluvoxamine maleate that is stable at a comparatively high storage temperature and humidity. SOLUTION: The composition includes fluvoxamine maleate and at least one of an excipient, a disintegrator, a binder and a lubricant, wherein the excipient is selected from sugar alcohol, corn starch and alpha starch, the disintegrator being carmellose, the binder being selected from pre-gelatinized starch and hydroxypropyl cellulose and the lubricant is selected from hardened oil, stearic acid, its salt, talc and stearyl sodium fumarate.
