PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engagement jig for easily and surely engaging connectors with each other in a simple structure. SOLUTION: A second connector 2 is arranged so as to have appropriate positioning relation to a first guide member 101a mounted on a first connector 1, then the second connector 2 mounted on a second guide member 102g is arranged so as to have predetermined positioning relation to the first connector 1 mounted on the first guide member 101a, and the second connector 2 is positioned at an engagement opposing position to the first connector 1 through the first and the second guide members 101a, 102g. Moreover, the second connector 2 to be in the above positioning state is easily and smoothly pushed to a final engagement position to the first connector 1 by a pushing operation of a pushing engagement member.
