PURPOSE: A meat tenderizer is provided to soften various tough meats such as horst meat, old cow and old chicken. CONSTITUTION: A meat tenderizer is prepared by a step of the followings. Mix pear 35kg, onion 20kg, kiwi 5kg, pineapple 5kg, garlic powder 1kg, ginger powder 1kg, pepper powder 1kg, mulberry 6kg, the leaf and stem powder 1kg of Viscum album; leave the mixture for 10 hours at room temperature; add naturally sparkling mineral water 16kg. |
