ANALOG-DIGITAL CONVERTING METHOD, ANALOG-DIGITAL CONVERTER AND IMAGE SENSOR HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An analog-digital converting method, an analog-digital converter, and an image sensor with the same are provided to increase conversion speed of an existing single slope analog-digital converter and simultaneously keep linearity. CONSTITUTION: A lamp signal generator(310) is installed outside an analog-digital converter(300). The lamp signal generator is commonly used for a plurality of analog-digital converters. A correcting unit(320) receives a ramp signal(VRAMP) and corrects and outputs a slope of the ramp signal. A converting unit(330) receives an input signal(VIN), compares it with a comparison signal, and outputs the comparison result.
