PURPOSE: A slide tilting hinge device is provided to perform tilting while sliding in a member side where a liquid crystal screen is installed, thereby smoothly performing tilting and sliding. CONSTITUTION: A guide hole(116) is formed on both sides of the first member(110) respectively. The second member is slid and tilted on the first member. One side of a guide bar(140) is inserted into the guide hole. The other side of the guide bar is connected to the second member. One side of a tilting bar(130) is coupled with one side of the first member. The other side of the tilting bar is coupled with the second member.
