<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for a greening base to always maintain whole soil in a moist condition using natural rainwater by an easy structure, enabling a person to enter and work with soil, and enabling stable water absorption even in the case of fingering earth or root stretch. <P>SOLUTION: The structure for a greening base includes a water storage part, and a soil layer above a height allowing water storage of the water storage part.
