PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acrylonitrile copolymer composition using an organic solvent as a medium, and giving a gas barrier film used for a retort food packaging or the like, with high coating productivity.

SOLUTION: The acrylonitrile copolymer composition contains an acrylonitrile copolymer containing 20-99 wt.% acrylonitrile copolymer segment containing 20-100 wt.% acrylonitrile unit, 1-80 wt.% acrylonitrile copolymer segment and a ketone-based organic solvent.
