<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus improving security by preventing a user from forgetting to take out the printed matter, and improving efficiency of the whole system and user operability. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus has a CPU 101 having the following functions. That is, the CPU 101 receives a job transmitted from an external apparatus including a PC and a user ID for identifying a user. Also, the CPU 101 receives a user ID for identifying a user who is to exit from a specific area. Then, the CPU 101 confirms whether the user ID of the user who is to exit from the specified area matches the job and the user ID for specifying the user transmitted from the external apparatus including the PC. When it is confirmed that the user IDs match, the CPU 101 confirms whether the job of the user has been executed, and when it is confirmed that the job has not been executed, changes the attribute of the received job. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
