摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid battery system controller that improves efficient utilization of a battery. SOLUTION: The controller controls a hybrid battery system that includes a first battery 10 and a second battery 20, and supplies power to a common load 50. The controller includes: a first output control unit 11 and a second output control unit 21 that control an output to the load 50; a first SOC acquisition unit 31 that obtains SOC of the first battery 10; a second SOC acquisition unit 32 that obtains SOC of the second battery 20; a storage unit 34 that stores the relation between the SOC of the first battery 10 and an IV profile and the relation between the SOC of the second battery 20 and the IV profile; and an optimum output computation unit 33 that computes the optimum outputs of the first battery 10 and the second battery 20 from the SOC of the first battery 10, the SOC of the second battery 20, the relation between the SOC of the first battery 10 and the IV profile, and the relation between the SOC of the second battery 20 and the IV profile.
