PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a sealing liquid including mutually incompatible first and second liquids in a liquid chamber with a prescribed ratio. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a liquid sealing type vibration control device 1 is provided. The device includes: a cylindrical first installation member 11 connected to either of a vibration generation part and a vibration receiving part; a second installation member 12 connected to the other; an elastic body 13 for elastically connecting the first installation member 11 and the second installation member 12; and a partition member 16 for partitioning the liquid chamber 17 in the first installation member 11 into a main liquid chamber 14 and a provided with a restriction passage 24 for communicating the main liquid chamber 14 and the sub liquid chamber 15, and the sealing liquid L containing at least the mutually incompatible first liquid L1 and second liquid L2 is sealed in the liquid chamber 17. In a liquid sealing process for sealing the first liquid L1 in the liquid chamber 17, a frozen substance L2' formed by freezing at least the second liquid L2 is stored in the portion to serves as the liquid chamber 17.
