<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a chloroprene polymer film including a step of taking out the film from a freezing drum. <P>SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the chloroprene polymer film comprising steps for neutralizing a chloroprene latex obtained by emulsion-polymerizing a chloroprene monomer, freezing and coagulating the monomer, washing and drying the film, the frozen/coagulated film 12 on the freezing drum 4 is taken out via a take-out angle adjustment bar mounted at a position 0.06 to 0.40 times the diameter of the drum vertically upward apart from the center line of the drum and 0.30 to 0.80 times the diameter of the drum horizontally apart from the drum surface. The drum surface for freeze and coagulation is plated with an alloy of a Ni metal and a Cr metal. The chloroprene polymer film is taken out while the distance between a doctor knife 11 scratching a frozen/coagulated deposition on the drum surface and the take-out position of the chloroprene polymer film from the drum is not smaller than 0.10 times the diameter of the drum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
