PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition which gives foamed articles having≥2 foaming magnifications and having uniform foam cells and is suitable for giving molded foam articles having good appearances. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition comprises: 15 to 85 wt.% of a partially or perfectly crosslinked ethylene-α-olefin-non-conjugated polyene copolymer rubber (A) comprising units derived from ethylene, units derived from a 3 to 20Cα-olefin, and units derived from a non-conjugated polyene; 5 to 40 wt.% of polypropylene (B) having a melting point of 140 to 170°C obtained by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and an n-decane-soluble content of <30 wt.% at ordinary temperature; and 5 to 80 wt.% [the total amount of (A), (B) and (C) is 100 wt.%] of a propylene-α-olefin block copolymer (C) having a melting point of 140 to 170°C obtained by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and an n-decane-soluble content of 30 to 90 wt.% at the ordinary temperature.
