PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adjusting oscillation frequency of a crystal oscillator, which prevents temporal change in oscillation frequency, and is applicable to the crystal oscillator in general. SOLUTION: The method of adjusting oscillation frequency of the crystal oscillator includes: a step of applying a temperature accelerated test at two or more levels to the manufactured crystal oscillator (step S1), a step of estimating mode category of frequency temporal change and an acceleration model as the result of the temperature accelerated test (step S2), a step of determining whether the mode category includes a convergence mode (step S3), and a step of deciding a condition of pre-use acceleration aging based on the estimated accelerated model when the convergence mode is included as the result of determination (step S4).
