PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress distortion of frequency characteristics generated by parasitic capacitance and parasitic induction greatly differing and abnormal oscillation of spurious frequency or the like in a SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) device which includes two SAW elements with different resonance frequencies on a piezoelectric substrate, has at least either an input end or an output end of the SAW elements connected by a common terminal and shared. SOLUTION: A SAW element 6 on the high frequency side is configured by repeating a unit section that is provided with a first electrode finger in first width, a second electrode finger in second width placed at a first interval from the first electrode finger, a third electrode finger in third width placed at a second interval from the second electrode finger, and a half space of a third interval placed respectively next to the first electrode finger and the third first electrode finger across many sections. The first electrode finger and the third electrode finger have the same phase, the second electrode finger, the first electrode finger, and the third electrode finger have reverse phase, the first width and third width have the same value, and the first interval and the second interval have the same value.
