PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel unit for wall decoration capable of integrally decorating a wall by easily collecting units after replacement even when the number and dimensions of units before replacement are different from the number and dimensions of the units after the replacement. SOLUTION: The panel unit for wall surface decoration decorates a wall surface around the prescribed number of second units when replacing the prescribed number of first units arranged before on the wall surface inside a building by the prescribed number of second units, which is different from the prescribed number of the first units. The panel unit for wall decoration includes: (1) a wall fixed panel made of a plate-shaped member, wherein the prescribed number of second openings are provided such that the prescribed number of the second units looks outward when fixed in the direction of the wall surface; and (2) a decorative panel which has the shape of covering the wall fixed panel in the direction of the wall surface, includes openings at positions for looking at the openings of the wall fixed panel when it covers the wall fixed panel, and is configured to be able to be positioned at least downward with respect to the wall fixed panel.
