PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove water droplets of a prescribed diameter or lager from the whole surface of dishes by moving the focal position of ultrasonic vibration inside a dish compartment without moving the dishes or setting a movable part because it is necessary to move the focal position of the ultrasonic vibration to the whole surface of the dishes to dry the dishes in a short period utilizing technologies for removing water droplets by converging airborne ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: Standing waves are formed within the dish compartment 1, and moisture is removed from the whole dishes by changing the temperature within the dish compartment and moving the position of the standing waves.
