The circuit has a differential receiver on a set of communications channels for receiving data on two links. A differential transmitter is provided on each of the channels for transmitting the data on one of the links at a phase, and transmits the data on another link at another phase, which is 180 degrees out of phase with the former phase. The transmitter controls selection of the phases on each of links such that one of the phases is cross coupled onto a selected communications channel from adjacent communications channels.
