<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, without using a microcapsule, a thermally decolorable ink composition that can be easily decolored by simply heating by scrubbing or the like, does not suffer from color redevelopment even when preserved at a very low temperature (-50°C or lower), exhibits excellent stability with time and has vivid hue concentrations. <P>SOLUTION: The thermally decolorable ink composition comprises a heat-sensitive ink composition comprising, as a colorant, color-developing particles comprising at least a leuco dye, a color-developer and a crystalline substance and further contains a decolorant comprising a cholesterol derivative. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
