<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in replacement work while it is easy to attach and detach a filter member to/from an objective device. <P>SOLUTION: The filter member 10 is configured to include a filter body 20 that removes an object to be removed in the air by allowing the air to permeate it and a winding member 70 that is wound around a peripheral surface of the filter body 20 with extended in a direction with which the air permeation direction of the filter body 20 intersects perpendicularly, and the winding member 70 is provided with a picking-up piece 60 that is protruded in the detachment direction from the objective device of the filter body 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
