<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device that obtains a satisfactory image by preventing toner aggregation in a developer storage section in the developing device. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device 5Y includes: a toner storage section 57Y for storing supply toner T; a developer storage section 54Y for storing two-component developer G composed of carrier and toner; and a conveying screw 56Y for conveying supply toner from the toner storage section to the developer storage section.
