PRODUCTION METHOD OF CAPACITOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to obtain simultaneously a large number of capacitors having a narrow developed capacitance distribution in the capacitors each having a semiconductor layer as one electrode.

SOLUTION: The capacitor production method in which electric conductors each having a dielectric layer formed thereon are used as one electrode and semiconductor layers are formed by energization as the other electrodes, comprises steps for: using a jig having a plurality of current ejecting type constant current sources and having connection terminals for the conductors electrically connected in series to respective outputs thereof; connecting the conductors to the connection terminals; and energizing the conductors by the constant current sources in a semiconductor layer forming solutions to simultaneously form semiconductor layers for the plurality of conductors.
