<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for a vehicle, increasing the output torque of an engine at an appropriate timing when an inertia phase in a power-on upshift is finished and suppressing abrasion of the engagement element of an automatic transmission and deterioration of acceleration performance of a vehicle while maximally providing an effect obtained by an increase in the output torque. <P>SOLUTION: When the inertia phase in the power-on upshift is finished, the output torque of the engine 2 is increased at a predetermined start timing. Thereby, it is possible to suppress a sudden drop in the output torque of the automatic transmission 3 when the engagement of the engagement element of the automatic transmission 3 is completed in the power-on upshift and the shock of an automobile due to the sudden drop. If it is determined that engagement of the engagement element is retreated because the start timing is too early in comparison with the appropriate timing when the output torque is increased, the subsequent start timing for increasing the output torque of the engine 2 is updated to slower timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
