PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion method and a combustion device of oil-water mixed fuel having high combustion efficiency and made by mixing oil and water without adding an emulsifier. SOLUTION: The present invention provides the combustion method of the oil-water mixed fuel characterized by simultaneously mixing and injecting water, fuel oil, and air, and burning the mixture of the water, the fuel oil, and the air while further blowing air to the mixture. The combustion device of the oil-water mixed fuel comprises an injection nozzle for simultaneously mixing and injecting the water, the fuel oil, and the air, a compressor for blowing to the injection nozzle and further blowing air to the mixture of the water, the fuel oil, and the air, and a combustion part for burning the mixture of the water, the fuel oil, and the air while further blowing air to the mixture.
