PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inclination of an inner peripheral wall and an outer peripheral wall during pressing a peripheral edge portion of a diaphragm valve element into an annular groove. SOLUTION: A valve body 2 has the annular groove 25C formed to fit a fixed protruded portion 33A, and the inner peripheral wall 25B between the annular groove 25C and a valve seat 24 and the outer peripheral wall 25A between the annular groove 25C and the outer wall of the valve body 2. An annularly-shaped cylindrical inner peripheral wall reinforcing member 10B is incorporated inside the inner peripheral wall 25B and an annularly-shaped cylindrical outer peripheral wall reinforcing member 10B is incorporated inside the outer peripheral wall 25A to form a reinforcing member 10 which has a connection member 10C for connecting the inner peripheral wall reinforcing member 10B to the outer peripheral wall reinforcing member 10A.
