PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetation mat raising lawn without outflow of soil by sticking a sheet with lawn seeds to the surface of a base installed with a filter to prevent leaf mold from flowing out. SOLUTION: This vegetation mat is obtained by using leaf mold for the base to increase a utility value of leaf mold, sticking a filter to the bottom and surroundings so as to prevent soil from flowing out, and sticking a sheet with lawn seeds to the surface.
