PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separator for form hardly causing insufficient strength in a welded part even if the extension welding of the separators is performed in the form and facilitating the extension work. SOLUTION: These separators 10A for form are mutually joined by extension sequentially by welding inside the form to fix two forms K at a predetermined distance or at a predetermined angle. This separator is composed of a shaft 1, a fixed part 2 positioned in one end of the shaft 1 and fixed on the form K, and a connection part 3 positioned in the other end of the shaft 1 and welded on the other separator for form inside the form. The length of added shaft 1 and connection part 3 is such length that can store inside two forms K, and cross section of an end of the connection part 3 is formed into a rectangular shape over the predetermined length L in the axial direction.
