PURPOSE: A hot air blower device using a heater is provided to reduce fuel costs by producing high temperature energy with the power of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A hot air blower device using a heater comprises a heater(12) and a hot blast heater. The heater heats fluid. The hot blast heater produces hot air of high temperature through heat exchange from the hot fluid produced from the heater. When a drive motor(46) of a heater is operated, an impeller and a rotary tank(40) are rotated at high speed. The water and the air of a storage tank(20) flow into a housing(30). The mixture of the water and air is rubbed by the rotary tank rotating at high speed and is heated at high temperature. The water is sprayed through a spraying nozzle of a nozzle pipe like mist. The water of the mist state is heat-exchanged through a heat exchanging tube and is changed into the steam of the high temperature.
