PURPOSE: An active type taxi service system receiving clear information which treats whether the passenger of a taxi uses a route or not is provided to supply expected taxi cost information and optimum movement path. CONSTITUTION: A taxi preliminary passenger inputs source and destination location through a wireless and wired terminal. A taxi service server(160) receives a message source and the destination location inputted through wireless and wired terminal. The taxi service server is various routing information about source and destination location. The information including the taxi service server supplies the traffic indigestion information according to each movement route, the expected arrival time, the forecast taxi cost.
