<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color electrophotographic image forming apparatus, moving a cartridge tray supporting a plurality of cartridges from a plurality of openings to an outer position outside the apparatus body. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus, which is adapted to form an image on a record medium by removably mounting the plurality of cartridges on the apparatus body, includes the cartridge tray 26 supporting the cartridges and moving between an inner position located inside the apparatus body and the outer position located outside the apparatus body; the plurality of openings 31, 92 provided on the apparatus body to move the cartridge tray 26 to the inner position and the outer position; and doors 28, 94 for opening and closing the plurality of openings 31, 92. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
