PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERTER, X-RAY IMAGING APPARATUS, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric converter for reducing capacitive coupling.

SOLUTION: The photoelectric converter includes: a light detection region divided into a plurality of pixel regions; a photoelectric conversion element 25 that is disposed at each of the plurality of pixel regions and has a photoelectric conversion layer sandwiched between a first electrode 251 and a second electrode 252; first wiring 222 that is electrically connected to the first electrode 251 and is extended in a first direction; and second wiring 23 that is electrically connected to the second electrode 252, is disposed at a position separated from the first wiring 251 in a thickness direction of the photoelectric conversion layer, and is extended in a second direction crossing the first direction. The first wiring 222 is divided into parts at a crossing section 26 where the first direction crosses the second direction. An energization path including the first wiring 222 includes a connection conductive section 261 provided at a position more separated from the second wiring 23 than the first wiring 222 in a thickness direction of the crossing section 26.
