<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable coating varnish composition, which has a matte effect of imparting a matte effect to a printed material, can give a matte effect without impairing printability, has improved friction resistance, and thereby, prevents reduction in the commercial value of a printed material due to friction during transportation or a post process. <P>SOLUTION: The superior active energy ray-curable coating varnish composition, obtained by incorporating two kinds of resin beads which are approximately spherical and have different average particle sizes from each other, into an active energy ray-curable coating varnish composition, has a low level of VOC (volatile organic compounds) value during printing without impairing printability, and develops the matte effect little influenced by the print thickness during printing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
