<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for healthy ventilation in a highly airtight and highly heat-insulate house with an underfloor heating means for reducing, in an underfloor space, noisome outside air and noisome odor from vehicles, factories, overcrowded residential areas, various pollens, or from China. <P>SOLUTION: The highly airtight and highly heat-insulating house H having an indoor ventilation space communicating the underfloor space up to an attic space includes the underfloor space 10, an underfloor heating structure 11, a dwelling section 20, another dwelling section 30, the attic space 40 and the indoor ventilation space 50. The attic space 40 is provided with an outside-air intake port 41, an attic exhaust port 42, and a forced air-intake/exhaust device 60 with a heat exchanging means. The forced air-intake/exhaust device 60 is provided with an air intake port 61, a supply part 62, an exhaust-air input part 63 and an exhaust-air output part 64. The dwelling section 20 is provided with a dwelling-section-air intake port 21 and a dwelling section exhaust port 25, and the other dwelling section 30 is provided with another dwelling-section-air intake port 31 and another dwelling-section-exhaust port 35.
