PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow even a small amount of blood collection to be confirmed from the outside by reducing volume of the blood collection tube as a whole. SOLUTION: The blood collection tube has a different diameter step part between a large diameter tube and a small diameter tube, wherein the large diameter tube has the same outer diameter as that of a normal blood collection tube. Thus, the blood collection tube can be attached to a generally used blood collection holder, and it is unnecessary to separately prepare a blood collection holder for the blood collection tube. In addition, sufficient height of a subject is secured even in the case of a small amount of blood collection, and confirmation of the blood collection and infiltration of a reagent and test paper, etc. are surely performed by providing the small diameter tube.
