PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow amount throttle device having relatively simple construction for easily adjusting a throttle amount while achieving a smaller size. SOLUTION: The flow amount throttle device includes a shaft body 101, and a housing 102 having a through-hole 111. A clearance 120 is provided between an inner wall portion 101a of the through-hole 111 and part of a peripheral wall portion 101b of the shaft body 101. The housing 102 has an introduction passage 112 communicated with the clearance 120 for introducing pressure oil 51 into the clearance 120, and a discharge passage 113 for discharging the pressure oil 51 from the clearance 120 to the outside of a system.
