PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent function deterioration due to dust and rust, and to reduce the number of parts in an outer tube holding structure. SOLUTION: A pin 18 is provided on an end of an outer tube 14, an insertion hole 19a for insertion and extraction of the pin 18 is formed on a holding member 19 of the outer tube 14, and furthermore, a loosening preventing protrusion 18a is provided on a side face of the pin 18, and a notch part 19b allowing passage of the loosening preventing protrusion 18a is formed on a rim part of the insertion hole 19a. Insertion and extraction of the pin 18 is regulated by deviating positions of the loosening preventing protrusion 18a and the notch part 19b a predetermined angle around the pin 18 in a state of the outer tube 14 facing a predetermined laying direction, and insertion and extraction of the pin 18 is allowed by changing a direction of the outer tube 14 around the pin 18 so that the positions of the loosening preventing protrusion 18a and the notch part 19b are matched.
