A fuel cell cogeneration system comprises cells (10), a fuel gas exhaust manifold (122) which is arranged to extend in the thickness direction of the cells (10) and through which anode-off gas not used in the anode (2A) flows, an oxidant gas exhaust manifold (124) which is arranged to extend in the thickness direction of the cells (10) and through which cathode-off gas not used in the cathode (2B) flows, and a cooling medium exhaust manifold (126) which is arranged to extend in the thickness direction of the cells (10) and through which off-cooling medium having recovered heat from the cells (10) flows, wherein the fuel gas exhaust manifold (122) and/or the oxidant gas exhaust manifold (124) is arranged between the cooling medium exhaust manifold (126) and the separator end closest to the cooling medium exhaust manifold (126).
