The device is in the form of a connecting piece (10) or in the form of a closure with another pierceable membrane in a bottle neck. An axial securing- and locking ring (35) is held in piercing direction (23) behind the membranes and before the packaging side outlet or before a bottle body. An independent claim is also included for a packaging with an injection needle.
