Provided are a jig for uniformly applying a medication liquid to a micro-needle, and a method of applying a medication to a micro-needle using the jig. Grooves of a number corresponding to the number of rows of micro-needles are cut in the surface of a flat plate-like jig or of a roller-like jig, and a medication liquid is filled into and held in the grooves. The medication liquid is applied to the micro-needles by inserting the micro-needles into the surface of the medication liquid, which is held in the narrow grooves, and immersing the micro-needles in the medication liquid. By this, the medication liquid is uniformly applied to the micro-needles without unevenness between the center section and the peripheral section of each micro-needle, and thus the micro-needles having good quality can be easily manufactured.
