<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording label which includes sufficient adhesive force to an adhering object while reducing an effect of heat applied to an adhesive layer on a thermal coloring layer without deterioration with time of the adhesive force. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal recording label includes a thermal coloring layer containing a colorless or light-colored electron-donating leuco dye and an electron-accepting developer on one surface of a support, and an adhesive layer containing a thermally active adhesive on the reverse surface.
