<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing device for a wheel capable of reducing the weight and the size, and enhancing the strength and the durability of a bearing. <P>SOLUTION: In the bearing device for the wheel, a wheel fitting flange is integrated with an end on the outer side, one inner rolling face 4a, a hub wheel 4 having a small diameter stepped part 4c extending in the axial direction from the inner rolling face 4a, and an inner wheel 5 which is press-fitted to the small diameter stepped part 4c with the other inner rolling face 5a being formed on the outer circumference are provided on the outer circumference, and the inner wheel 5 is fixed in the axial direction by a calked part 4d formed by plastically deforming an end of the small diameter stepped part 4c outwardly in the radial direction. The hub wheel 4, the inner wheel 5 and an outer member 2 are plastically formed of a plate or a tubular member consisting of carbon steel.
