<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a fuel cell capable of suppressing occurrence of peeling-off, cracks or the like of an electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the fuel cell includes a preparation process to prepare a porous metal base material (20) obtained by sintering of metal particles (10), a film-forming process to film-form the electrode (30) and the electrolyte (40) containing ceramics on the metal base material, and a cofiring process to apply a cofiring treating to the metal base material, the electrode, and the electrolyte. The preparation process may include a pore forming treating process to apply a pore forming treatment for the metal base material obtained by sintering of metal particles. The preparation process may be a process to form the metal base material by sintering two kinds or more of metal materials with different sintering temperatures at the temperatures less than the highest temperature and the lowest temperature or more among the sintering temperatures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
